How to Cancel Paramount+ (2026) — Every Billing Route

Paramount+ cancels from the account page, and you keep watching to the end of the paid period.

It is resold widely, so the cancel option only appears if Paramount bills you directly. Otherwise the reseller controls it.

Paramount+ is sold through more third parties than most streamers — Amazon Channels, Roku, Apple and mobile providers all resell it. Check where the charge actually comes from before hunting for a button.

Common questions

Why is there no cancel button on my account page?

Because a reseller bills you — Amazon Channels, Roku, Apple, Google or a mobile provider. Cancel it wherever the charge originates.

Do I get a refund?

Not for partial periods as a rule — access continues to the end of the term you paid for. If you are in the EU and it is less than 14 days since you signed up, you have more leverage than that: since a July 2026 EU Court of Justice ruling, streaming counts as a digital service, so starting to watch no longer waives your cooling-off right. You can withdraw within 14 days, pay only for the portion you actually used, and get the rest back. It is recent, so expect to have to name the right of withdrawal when you ask.

Can I switch to the cheaper ad-supported plan instead?

Yes, and it is offered during cancellation. For people leaving purely on price, downgrading usually solves it.

What happens to my watchlist?

It stays with the account and returns if you resubscribe.

When does access stop?

At the end of the current billing period, not at the moment you cancel.

I cancelled through Amazon Channels. Is that enough?

Yes, if that is who billed you. Cancelling at the reseller is the correct and only route for those subscriptions.

Does cancelling delete my account?

No. The login and profile stay; only billing stops.

What about an annual plan?

It stops renewing, and you keep access for the remainder of the year. Unused months are not normally refunded.

Will I lose downloads?

Yes, downloads stop working when the subscription ends.

Can I get my old promotional price back later?

Promotional rates are not restored on resubscription. You return at the standard price.

Resold subscriptions are the ones that survive a statement review.

A charge that reads as Amazon or your phone company rather than the service you actually signed up for is the hardest kind to spot. It looks like something else, so it never gets questioned.

Subzy is built on what you know you pay for, not on what a bank feed can label. You add it once, it warns you before each renewal, and the total is honest about what the whole set costs.
